Luc, chef of L’angle Saint-Laurent, has worked in prestigious restaurants in Paris with renowned chefs such as Yannick Alleno and Thomas Boullault. He is supported by a passionate, creative team dedicated to ‘eating well’!

After an experience in beautiful Parisian establishments such as Le Pré Catelan,
Stéphanie, the dining room manager, welcomes you with Justine to take you on a culinary adventure.

The team places great importance on working with local, organic, and French products. All dishes are homemade.

At the restaurant L’Angle Saint-Laurent, we highlight short supply chains by working with quality local producers. Pierre Vandaële supplies us with organic vegetables, Jeanne Mareyage with fresh fish from Port-En-Bessin, and Simon Lemarié from Cidricchus, his artisanal cider. We also offer juices and calvados from Ferme de la Sapinière, organic bread from Clément Ladune, certified meats from La Chaiseronne, as well as butter and milk from Ferme des Longchamps. Each ingredient is carefully selected to provide authentic cuisine that respects the local terroir.
